About Us

We have experienced a lot of changes since Christopher and I first opened WDMC Community Homeschool.  Our lives have all changed in some pretty significant ways. Christopher and I are completely understanding to the difficulties and changes we've all had to face the last 3 months. 

 As for us, we've decided to amp things up a bit to be a little more suiting to the 'new needs' of most kids and their families. We are incredibly excited to finally share our expansion.

We now offer The Dragonfly House, this will hold everything from our summer programs, after school care, as well as our arts, music, and MMA/self defense courses and of course, our Community Homeschool as it reopens in September, 

Our main goal at The Dragonfly House is to allow kids to continue to be kids. We want them to have the comfort of a loving home-like atmosphere and encouragement to try new things or expand what they already love. We show our kids every day the importance of self reliance and include gardening, cooking, fishing, hunting, and nature skills in most of our activities. We are here to guide them and help as we do adapt to some of the changes we're faced with as of late, while keeping our core morals, values and ethics that we've always had.

So regardless of how much or little you're interested in, you are more than welcome to come just to hang out in a safe place, try new things and just explore!
